Terms and Conditions
- Minimum occupancy 07 days from Dec to Jan and 03 days in remaining season except 24 Dec to 01 Jan..
- 100% advance at the time of booking.
- Refund rules- If modified or cancelled up to 90 days before the date of arrival, 5 percent fo the total booking amount will be charged. If modified or cancelled upto 60 days before date of arrival, 15 percent fo the total booking amount will be charged. If modified or cancelled upto 30 days before the date of arrival, 40 percent of the total booking amount will be charged. If modified or cancelled upto 15 days before the date of arrival, 70 percent of the total booking amount will be charged. If modified or cancelled later or no show complete booking amount will be charged.
- There is no meal options with this booking.
- No security deposits however damages to the peroperty will be charged at the time of vacation.
- For booking more than 7 days discount rates available depending on the season.
- Accommodation suitable for small families having one to two children.
- No subletting permitted.
- Car rental, airport shuttle service, laundry & dry cleaning services are available upon request against payment.
